Our website is used to communicate information about our company, JYM Theatre Co., including our upcoming shows. While we take care in providing timely information to our patrons, we can't guarantee that all the information presented here is 100% up to date. (We are human, after all.)

 

Privacy and security

 

JYM takes the privacy of your email address seriously. We don't share it with anyone else and it's only ever used to send out our newsletters and occasionally contact you about other JYM-related marketing things.

 

Our ticketing parter, Seat Advisor, securely processes your ticket purchases separately on their website to ensure your details are kept safe. We automatically open their website in a new window when you click Buy tickets! to purchase tickets to one of our shows.

 

Any donations you kindly provide are also securely processed separately on Indiegogo's website in the same manner.

 

Refund policy

 

We don't provide refunds on tickets, so be certain you're available to come to see our show before purchasing!
